Return and Refund
CHERRY is obligated to provide the return service to all customers. The return service is currently available to the country of purchase.
If the item is purchased from the CHERRY official store, the authority to request return or refund is permitted.
If the item is purchased from distributors of CHERRY , may follow the distributor policies. Please contact your distributor for further information.
Return and refund policies may vary according to local laws and regulations.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
If we application to intercept a package is successful, you may be charged an interception fee of US$20.
Lost / Damaged Products Received
If the product was not delivered or lost, please immediately contact us.
If the product you received was damaged, or if you receive an incorrect or incomplete product, please immediately contact us with proof of videos and/or pictures.
Time Frame Allotted
Customers can open a return 30 days from the date of delivery for most items. If, in the case, the item has a different return policy it will be clearly stated in the "Returns and Refunds" tab in the description of the item for further clarity.
Returns
We accept return for US/CA/EU orders. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from the Website.
For all other purchases, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased from directly and follow their return policy.
If the goods are returned due to product failure within 30 days of receipt, we will bear the freight.
If it exceeds 30 days but is still within the warranty period, the product needs to be sent back for repair. The customer will bear the return shipping cost, and we will bear the repair cost and the shipping cost of resending it to the customer. (If the machine is artificially damaged, the customer will bear the cost of the accessories)
For international order, return accepted only for wrong or defective products intimated within 48 hours of delivery
Customer should be responsible for the (return) shipping cost in the following situations
-Change of mind after order is shipped out or ordered the wrong item.
-Returning items claimed to be defective but found to be in proper working condition by Pecron quality control.
-Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
-After 30 days of signing for the product, if need to send the product back to us for repair or replacement.
Return Process
To return an item, you can contact us either through our Contact Us page or by emailing us at support@cherrysolution.com.
Please include the following information: Your Order #, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for your return.
Once the situation is assessed, we will either send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or a Prepaid Shipping Label depending on your reason of return.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges in cases of buyer's remorse. We define buyer's remorse as “an order that is returned because the customer changed their mind, didn't like the item (when nothing was physically wrong with it), the item didn't fit (when proper measurements were given), found a better price elsewhere, ordered the wrong item, and/or ordered the item by mistake”.
For non-buyer’s remorse returns, shipping will be paid for by us. These include items that arrived damaged, items that don't work or are defective, items that don't match description or photos, items missing parts and pieces, items that don't seem authentic, or when the wrong item is sent.
Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item or items, we will then process your refund for your return. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your refund. After processing, it could take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. We will always notify you by email when your return has been fully processed. If you do not see the refund from us in the allotted timeframe please reach out to your credit card company.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@cherrysolution.com.
Restocking Fees
For returns of "buyer's remorse" (defined above), there will be an up to 25% restocking fee depending on the brand/manufacturer of the item and the item's size.
