Shipping & Handling Times:
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to make a change to your shipping address or cancel an order please reach out to us within 1 hour of placing your order. To maintain our competitive shipping and handling times we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. If you reach out more than 1 hour after placing your order unfortunately we can not guarantee changes can be made to your order or your order can be canceled.
Even if your order does not yet have a tracking number, 1 hour after ordering, it will most likely still be in the queue to ship in our warehouse. Once at this point the order can not be changed or canceled. However, you can easily return the item once it is received.
Shipping Times
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 Business Days of an order being placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has left our warehouse. This email will also contain the necessary information needed to track your package.
Shipping Times
After your item leaves our warehouse expect it to arrive in 3-4 Business Days. This brings the average total shipping and handling time to 4-7 Business Days.
Please note that if your order is very large and sent via freight your order can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered once it is shipped. If the item has an irregular delivery time it will be mentioned on the items product page within the "Shipping & Handling" tab. If there is an issue with your order (back-ordered, shipping delays, address issues, lost package) we will reach out to you as quickly as possible to ensure the issue is rectified in a timely manner.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local warehouse pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Bend Oregon Distribution Center. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: US,Canada.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Zamp Solar is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Status & Tracking:
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive confirmation from us via email.
This email will include the tracking number associated with your order which you can use to check your order status. Please allow 1-3 business days for the tracking information to become available.
You can also check the status of your order in real time on our website with our Track My Order page. Simply click the link, fill in the necessary information, and click "Track".
If you haven’t received your order and the tracking number says it was delivered please contact us immediately at support@cherrysolution.com with your name and order number and we will get to the bottom of it as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items And Returns
We accept returns for items unused and in their original condition and packaging up to 30 days after delivery. If a specific item has a different return policy, it will be displayed on the product page under the "Return & Refunds" tab under the item’s description.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at support@cherrysolution.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. To read more about our return policy don't hesitate to check out our full Return Policy page.
